The one beach bag everyone needs

Memorial Day starts the beach season in most of the country and with corvid-19 still present and new 6ft rules, we need alot more at the beach then ever before.

Summer trendy bags are not just raffia and straw bags anymore. We took a look at three trends as an alternative to the straw bag.

The Super Sac

A nice alternative to straw bags is the super sac in bright colors and vegan leather materials. These bags will not absorb water and sand won’t stick to them like they do with straw bags.

The super sac is actually an oversized hobo bag which only has 1 handle, and a large opening that aligns with the handle.

Left: Anthropologie, Warner Slouchy tote, Urban Originals, $88; Top right: Free People, Paris Suede tote, $98; Bottom right: MM6, Maison Margiela, Japanse Tote, $198.

We love these bags because they are not obvious beach bags and you can take them right from beach to dinner with just a rinse from the beach showers.

Large bucket bags

So easy to get into; these bags are great for the beach. Look for nylon and vegan leather styles for easy care. The best part? You can stand up full products in it!

Top left: Rebecca Minkoff, Kate XL tote, $261; Bottom left: Coach, Lora bucket, $350. Right: Kate Spade, Eva tote, $139.

A large bucket can be pretty expensive but it’s worth it for its versatility.

Large Clutch

Clutches are usually considered for special occasions so using at the beach is an instant chic moment. This bag is also hard to buy affordable but a designer one will last longer and be easier to take care of.

Left: Tory Burch, fleming tote, off saks, $298.50; Top Right: GIGI NY, Uber clutch in Navy, $195; Bottom right: Clare V., shopbob.com, $157.50.

Try to find a non-flat or slouchy clutch for more room especially if you like to carry your life to the beach.
