You probably are not going out this season but we do have a few tricks to celebrate halloween at home.
By Yvette E
We here at TFG are planning an at home halloween party and have picked some things you should get now to create the perfect halloween party.
Choose a Costume theme
Even if it is just the family, choose a costume theme that can be easily created without leaving the house. Monsters of movie past, Screamqueens, Charmed, The Witches of Eastwick, Hocus Pocus, Halloweentown; the themes are endless.
pick out a divination tool
Tea leaf reading, tarot cards and astrology are all great tools to entertain your guest. If you don’t have any skills here are some websites to hook up to your smart TV or computer.
- https://www.e-tarocchi.com/gong/ – Gong Hee Fot Choy is a chinese divination game played with playing cards. The site asks your name and what question you want to ask. I played this in book form when I was a kid and it was oddly accurate.
- https://magic-horoscope.com – This site has several astrology based predictions based on your birthday and name.
- https://www.futurepointindia.com/predictions/tarot-predictions – This site gives a 3 card tarot spread based on you thinking on a question!
Buy that spooky cookware
Target still has some spooky shaped cookware that would be great for halloween! We picked up a skull cakepan for $9.99. All the pans are from Nordic Ware which also have thier own website.
Pick a party theme
Every holloween theme is still available at Spirit halloween from gothic noir to mystical for your decoration needs. You can go to Micheals and Walmart to fill in your theme decor.
We are spending this week highlighting each aspect of the party so we can all be ready for the festivities.
Happy spooky season,
